"Hotel staff were very helpful and super nice. They helped us with transportation as well as give us information on where we can take the train to get to places. They used google translate when they had a hard time explaining what they meant. The hotel was very clean and organized and staff were always there to help when needed. The cafe/restaurant downstairs was also great for my family to just get a quick bite to eat and was super convenient. They also had souvenir shop with it too. The amenity bar was super and location to nearby train station as well as Universal Studios park was just across the street. Definitely will be staying there again on our next visit."

"Very nice hotel right next to Osaka station. We spent 4 nights here. The room was massive by Japanese standards and we were very comfortable. The bed and comforter was especially nice, which meant solid sleep. Word of advice if going to the hotel from Osaka Station, exit via the South Central Exit (first find Central Exit, then choose the South side)… we spent a long time lost in Osaka Station on our first time trying to walk to the hotel. Lawson and Family Mart are close by for snacks and the area has a ton of restaurants. We loved staying there and will return. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. The room was very quiet. Despite being a very large hotel, we never felt it to be overwhelming. Great to be near all trains! We were grateful we stayed at this hotel vs elsewhere in the city. So much to explore in Osaka and so nice to return to Umeda and enjoy the multitude of restaurants and shops at the end of the day!"
