"Everything was great. The only issue I have with the Oriental Hotel was no laundry facility or laundry service for the guests. Which I think is crazy considering laundry should be a standard facility accommodation when you are staying overnight. "

"We loved this property. We had a lot of room for a place in Japan. The tatami was beautiful and the place was very well-kept. Nice neighborhood, too. The bed mats were even comfy. One should note that the stairs were quite steep. This could be difficult for little kids or older adults or people who have difficulty with stairs. It was great to have a little living room and dining table. We’d stay here again for sure! Thanks for having us!"
