"Stayed in this hotel many times. Love the location. Perfect to get around Osaka and nearby cities. Shopping and restaurants plenty within Osaka station. I have just one small concern. Hotel still using plastic electric kettle. Stainless steel would be nice. Probably hotel management should consider doing some upgrades. "

"One of our favorite hotels in Osaka. The hotel has a nice understated ambiance. The rooms are well-appointed and very clean. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the restaurants and directions to various venues. Adjacent to a beautiful park."

"Public bath was good, but the capsules itself were really hot and stuffy. The ac inside the capsule did not help. "

"The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel."
