"Very corporate, but well situated with everything from Dotonbori to the train and metro station at a walkable distance. The only major issue is the mattresses that are way too hard, making it uncomfortable to have a good night sleep. As soon as they solve this problem for travelers, the place will be a nice little neighborhood apartment hotel where people will want to go to. "

Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. "This hotel was amazing especially for the price! If you want someone that has the necessities and place to stay that is cheap but still has quality this is the place! It’s a few minutes away from the stations super close to a few convenience stores. And also walkable distance to tourist destinations. I would highly recommend starting here "

"Great location for landmarks, easy walk to lots of train stations. Comfy beds, small but normal rooms. Lots of food options outside. Amenities looking little old, great free alcohol, beer, drinks, ice cream etc. Average breakfast for westerner but large variety. Onsen just outside but nice & massage chairs were appreciated. House keeping staff left dirty towels & rubbish in hallways which isn’t nice to look at. Near a fire station so heard sirens at night, can be busy in lobby & lifts due to...

"The corner room has great views, very spacious and comfortable. Very new and clean. The front garden is great for kids to run around. The evening activities are fun. The breakfast and cafe areas are great. The location is close to some attractions but far from the center. Near train lines is a plus, but also around some large pachinko parlors a minus."
