"This is a very nice hotel that provided a comfortable room. I didn't use room service so I'm not sure if it was available. The hotel is nearby the train station which made it convenient to visit destinations such as the Osaka aquarium. There were good local restaurants around and a convenience store very close that made this a good hotel. The breakfast was good although it was a bit expensive. "

"This is a beautiful high-end convention hotel in a quiet area. The location is not convenient for tourists; however, taxis are always available. Down bedding is comfortable, unless there are allergies to down lol. Step-in tub does not have convenient safety handle for balance while stepping into shower. Hotel does not have public bath.
