"My wife is very disappointed with another guest filming in the Bath House on her Phone which was reported to your staff at the time. Unfortunately there was no follow-up as my wife was concerned that that person had taken footage of her naked in the bathhouse. We firstly find it unacceptable that a guest can do such a thing and secondly were disappointed that there was no response from the staff at your hotel and we still don't know whether that person has footage taken in the bathhouse."

"Staff is really helpful and nice. The onsen style bath downstairs is a great perk for weary travelers. Location is pretty good / was a good deal. right next to a subway station jump on or off to either Umeda or Namba. Great snapshot of real Japanese life!"
