"This hotel is location location. If you want to engage in various activities and go shopping in Osaka, this place is the best. You can drop off your things and leave again. Right in the JR terminal and next to Daimaru department store and other major stores and restaurants. I found the cleaning staff to be very diligent and thorough too. The rooms are small from Western standard so I always book a twin room rather than a single for just myself. "

"The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel."
