"The staff was welcoming and kind during check-in. The room was clean, simple, and completely fine. I love the proximity to Osaka city trains and the Keihan line to Kyoto. VERY convenient. Also wonderful to have a 7/11 right next door. The laundry room wasn’t working so that was a bummer. I also didn’t like that you had to pay for breakfast. Overall, minor details. The stay was 4.5/5 stars. "

"Although the room is small, but it is well equipped with everything that you need!! There is a public bath in level 3 and convenient store 7-11 is available at the same floor. If you are shy to go to the public bath, the bathroom in the room come with a mini bathtub where you can enjoy yourself in your room. The hotel is at a strategy location which is just a few minutes walk to the train station or metro station at heart of Namba area. We enjoyed our stay during our visit at Osaka and definitely will stay here again next time we revisit Osaka! Highly recommended!!"
