Overall the hotel is really close to Dotonbery. A little pricy with not much amenities. There is a onzen spa, for those who like that activity. The smoking room is not enough as i can breath the second hand smoke when i was in the lobby.

Very nice property located near popular Osaka! Condition is excellent with amenities like onsen, and laundry. Front staff are very friendly as well, helping with shipment our luggage to Tokyo. Staffs speaks great English. Only draw back we requested room clean-up after 2nd night however we only got towels hanging on the front door. We would recommend this hotel!
