"This was a great experience. The hotel is set up inside of the jungle so trees are everywhere..throughout-in a beautiful way. The private pools and the room service was chef's kiss! I'd recommend and will return! "

"Beautiful property, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and property did look a bit rundown and the spa and the restaurant weren’t open. Enjoyed my stay although I would have liked to have spent more time poolside but it didn’t feel very inviting. "

"Our stay here for 2 weeks was truly wonderful. The staff are very friendly and are helpful at all times. The free breakfast was also very lovely. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to Mexico. They also have bikes you can use and a scooter you can rent. Also if you want to rent a quad just ask the front desk and they will assist you. Great location. 10 minute scooter ride to the public beach. "Restaurants overall were very good. Easy to make nightly reservations up to a week in advance. No buffet at dinner so this was great. Staff were everywhere and very friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff engaged everyone. Small property so evening entertainment options are limited. Exceptional beach! Clean, clear water, fine sand beach. Hotel has plenty of chairs with alot of trees for shade at the beach. Pool is great with lots of chairs and umbrellas, but more limited access to shade directly around pool. Beach and pool towels changed nightly from your room. Overall wonderful and we would go again. About 1-1.5 hr from Tulum Intl airport which was hassle free! So much easier than flying into Cancun."
