"The staff was wonderful. Hands down some of the friendliest I’ve encountered at a hotel. The location is great and my husband was super excited about the historical aspect of the hotel/tiki bar. The walls however were paper thin and we didn’t sleep much due to some super loud neighbors, the walls could use a wash and paint job but the retro vibe of the rooms was neat! "

"Overall good experience. The pool areas were fantastic! Dining was good. Boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. However, rooms are a little dated. Carpet old, not enough outlets. Drainage was terrible.. shower & tub drained extremely slow, so much we basically stood in our own dirt while showering. When we used the sinks, the toilets would bubble. "

"Nice hotel, staff was nice and helpful. Beach was fabulous! Of all the beaches we visited in Santibel, this was definitely the best area for shelling. "

"My only complaint was that there was construction during our stay and we were woken up early in the morning one morning from someone doing work in the unit next door. Also they were building the boat dock near the pool area which was loud. Other than that, easily a 5 star hotel. Great area, great facility (there was not room service at the time I stayed but it will be available soon) and very easy access to DT Naples and Bonita Springs."

"Location, staff, food and beach access were great! For the cost of my stay I was disappointed we had to spend $38 per day for parking. Bathrooms/shower needs renovations. Also, rooms should have smart TVs."
