"Really solid family oriented resort. Peak school vacation meant a lot of children, but the vibe was super friendly and the staff delivered a high service level. Not much negative to say except that housekeeping didn’t come by after we answered a text requesting a room refresh. We might have been a little old to fully appreciate the resort."

"Resort was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Received $180.00 food/ service credit on arrival because some of the resort areas are under renovation because of the Hurricane last fall. My room was so nice and the bed was luxurious. Beach was beautiful!!!"

"The property was absolutely beautiful. The staff were available and amazing. Our cottage was spacious, clean and really cute.. and we had a beautiful view of the water. There is a short walk to the trolley to take you to town or the beach. We can’t wait to go back. "

"Loved the Social restaurant and the music. Pool was way too crowded and noisy. Shops were limited. Beautiful location and setting."

"Proximity to beach, room was perfect for two which was a King studio. Will be great when island view roof top opens. All extra charges a bit much for beach chairs etc but discount nice. Lady at Graces treated me poorly, every morning i would go for 2 large coffees and felt it was an issue to get served on my last day i did the same 2 large coffees, while she was filling my cups a 2nd guy came up and ordered 2 large coffees, she said here you go giving hom mine, the gentleman said are you sure these are mine while i stood there between them she said yes, he knew theu weren't but she emphasize they were. So i had to wait while she took care of him to get my coffees. Typically when im treated poorly i would say something, this tome i didn't and even tip her. But i told my wife i should go back and asked her why? I didnt, she was training someone also. Tempted to send her name. Disappointed guest."
