"The stay at the hotel was good. Issue was if you didn’t purchase their chair and umbrella then you were forced to sit at the end where the beach area is not kept nice. You’re spending the same money as everyone else to stay at resort. Should have the same right to sit where you want on the beach. "

"Pink Shell had a very relaxing vibe or you could be busy with all the activities. They are still doing outside work from the hurricanes. My only complaint is having one access point to the pools from all three buildings, hopefully that will be corrected once they are done with the outside. "

"We were happy with our stay. We had an issue with our room and the staff was super friendly and attentive, they handled the situation right away and we had a great stay. The ground are clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The area is quiet, come here if you’re looking for a peaceful beach get away from the bustle of city life. "
