The property's outside area and inside lobby was beautifully decorated. However, the room (224) was not what I expected. The bathroom door was damaged and the tile grout (shower) was old and needed to be replaced. The rug looked dirty this room did not live up to Hilton's standards.

I had a very good visit overall at the Hilton in Naples. Although there was a slight wait at check-in (only one desk attendant), I was greeted and provided professional and courteous service. My room was clean and well appointed. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The only snag in my visit was the breakfast. I ordered an omelette and when it was presented to the table it was literally oozing oil/grease. I simply could not eat it. I then requested two eggs over medium. When it was presented, it too, was lying in a bed of great on the top and bottom. The server was apologetic and even offered some paper napkins so I could "sop up" the oil. She said she'd seen others do that. So obviously, it seems to be an issue. She was very professional and handled my request as best she could. If someone could let the kitchen staff know they are using way to much butter/oil when cooking it would be appreciated. My breakfast was inedible. Had I eaten it, I'm sure I would have suffered severe gastrointestinal issues. Thanks!

When we got to our room they gave us a handicapped room.Not a problem if it was functional. We called the front desk and they told us that was all they had which was not true. I could have booked another room online. I was just too tired to argue. The bed is very lowand the shower head is set for handheld and we couldn't change it to normal. No liner in the shower curtain. No towels in the bathroom. Had to call for towels just an overall mess. We checked out and said something and the girl in the front sitting down was like oh sorry about that. Like if nothing. Becareful when checking in. They overbook and give customers handicapped rooms. Poor people that really need these rooms. Even a handicapped person would have complained about this room.
