Housekeeping was incredible. We needed a couple things for the room and they responded immediately several times!!! Facility is showing its age with wear and tear. Lots of rust! Convenient location. Pool crowded with outsiders not guests.

We shopped around for hotels and this one was a fair price for the amenities. The pool was large. We ended up with a suite, which I was not expecting. It had a large living room with a pull-out sofa bed, which we did not use. Nice furnished kitchen. We only stayed for three nights but could have been comfortable for a month. We would stay there again, and probably will!

I liked how beautiful the courtyard was. The only problem was the shower leaked, but that will happen and cant be fixed unless staff are informed. I informed the front desk and they wrote a maintenance ticket right away which was very good service.

This property is well past its heyday and not a good representation of the Ramada brand. Furnishings are in poor condition and past their useful life. Our HVAC unit had lost its fan control, so stayed on high continuously. With some TLC this property could regain vacation status rather than the current focus on dozens of workcrews.
