"Overall, it was beautiful"

"Although not on the beach, the hotel still has fabulous beach and city views. A quick walk or tram ride gets you to a very nice beach. There is a solid restaurant on the beach, and great eating options on site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Staff was friendly and attentive. In room towel service was a 3 or 4 out of 5, and the room and hallways were frigid. These are our only two "complaints". Valet crew was fabulous. Jeff, our breakfast waiter, was awesome. "

"We had a pool view and a patio. Very relaxing. When we got there we were offered a 2nd floor room and no elevator I am 85 and that doesn't work for me. The room was promptly changed "
