"The property is very dated and is in need for a renovation by far. One of the two rooms we rented had ants all around the room. They did move us to another room. I would definitely recommend spending an extra 20 or $30 somewhere else for a more comfortable stay."

"My husband was in Cape Coral to attend a funeral of a family member. We chose Dolphin Key because it was resonably priced and was in the area my husband grew up as a little boy. He says he thought the accommodations were nice. He felt his room was clean. He said he'd definately stay again (hopefully under better circumstances). "

"The rooms can use new AC units as the rooms smelled due to water leaking I’m from the unties onto the floor. One of our rooms smelled bad. The showers have been updated but do not keep the water in the shower and leak onto the bathroom flooding which can cause a slip and fall."

"Unfortunately hurricane Ian prevented any use of the establishment. This is in no way the establishments fault, so a fair review would not be possible. We hope to have an opportunity to visit in the future."
