"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."

"This is an old property and it shows. It was one of the cheapest places in the area so for the price it was pretty good. Although there are signs everywhere that it’s a non-smoking facility, the smell of smoke is very evident when walking down the hallways. My TV didn’t work but I wasn’t really interested in watching TV anyway. The bed was comfortable so I slept well. All and all, not bad for an overnight stay. "

"The property was nice......nothing fancy. The property should really invest in some garbage bags for the garbage cans in the rooms. Additionally, the pillows were awful. We had to ask for a few more which were much better."
