"The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...

"The only thing I didnt like was the kids running up and down the hallway all evening. I was on the second floor and they were on the third floor. Other than that, the staff and hotel was perfect! "

"I already had a reservation, but called the morning of checking in and asked for an interior room away from as much noise as possible. Katie took care of me right away and when I got there that evening, I had a clean and quiet room. One of the best nights of sleep that I’ve ever had while traveling. There’s was even a hand written note with some a drink and some snacks to welcome me. Very nice touch!"
