"Our stay was amazing! We were there to celebrate her birthday and to take a relaxing break after the holidays. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. Everything was ready for us and we had a wonderful time."

"The water park was pretty nice for our 6 and 4 year old. The hotel room was dated. No mixing bowls, cutting board, or measuring spoons provided in the kitchen. The first night our heat in the bedroom did not work. We called the front desk and they fixed it right away. "

The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club

Excellent rooms, showing their age.

"It's always amazing staying at this hotel. The staff is always 5 star, super professional. The Governor's club is always a neat addition to your stay. However, the rooms are starting to show their age with wall paper starting to peel and small cracks in the vinyl chair and headboard. Always a pleasurable stay, it's starting to show it's age though. "
