The card readers to enter the building have been in one spot hardly ever works. This has been over many stays that it is a problem. Another works half the time. They are aware of the issue. Snow and ice had not been cleared from any sidewalks, no salt put down. The parking lot had also not been cleared or salted anywhere. Check out time is at noon but your cards no longer work at any doors starting at at least 9 am, maybe sooner. This makes taking things out to the car very difficult when you keep getting locked out. Housekeeping is also good about knocking and/or opening the door around 930. I can understand an ooops but this has happened more than once.

The staff was very kind and helpful. If they had not been so accommodating, this experience would not have been great. The hotel does not look much like the pictures online. The bathrooms looked like they belonged in a preschool, everything was tiny. Our rooms were clean, but in need of an update.

The location was close to the event i came in town for. The outside door key did not work. Tiles on the floor loss. No direction on phone on how to get a hold of staff or service. No resterant on site. Call down to front deak on my cell phone Put on hold for 10 minutes before i hung up.

Ok for one night. Budget friendly. Room has seen better days. Stains on carpet and lamp shade, missing sheer curtain on half the window, tears in desk chair, empty tissue box in bathroom. Staff super nice.
