"We absolutely love all the art and the creativity in the design of this property. We wanted to explore the downtown area within walking distance of the hotel but the hotel is so nice and comfortable and the artwork all around it was an easy decision to stay inside the hotel. Our room was so comfortable and clean. The only things I would say as a negative experience is not having a source of white noise like a fan blowing and the coffee machine was not quiet, easy or efficient. The beds were so...

"The hotel West Baden is awesome they have 24 hour trolley that runs every 15 minutes and will take you anywhere in the area."

"The valet was very helpful I have a 94 year-old mother and he helped me get her out of the car and up to the room safely and the hotel staff was very helpful also. "

"Liked this place. The staff was great and very nice. Has a nice lobby/bar area. Free parking onsite. The only thing was the bed was uncomfortable. At least the room we had needed a new mattress. You could feel the springs and both of us would sink to the middle laying on it. Needless to say we did not sleep good. "
