"We booked this hotel strictly for the pool. My kids really wanted to swim for their birthday. We has two other families also book so they could swim with their cousins. A few of us only wanted to use the hot tub, which is why we went with this property and not a different hotel. However, the hot tub didn’t work, which was very aggravating. You also could not eat by the pool. The man working the desk was very nice. He let us play games in the lobby since we couldn’t use the breakfast lounge. I...

"We rented the King Suite. It was HUGE!! The couch was a sleeper sofa. There was a fainting couch in the bedroom. The room had a full-size refrigerator and a smaller one. It also had a keurig, toaster oven, microwave and sink. Super nice!!!"

"The hotel breakfast was excellent .friendly staff the room was clean . I love the options we had in the kitchen area .only downside to the experience was the sofa bed the mattress was extremely old at that was a big difference in it which made it uncomfortable. I had to prop pillows underneath the mattress to be able to sleep on the sofa bed."

"The hotel West Baden is awesome they have 24 hour trolley that runs every 15 minutes and will take you anywhere in the area."
