"Nice room in the Havana Tower. Check in staff listened to me and located my room the way I requested. This is always important to me. I did not know I did not have housekeeping service for my second day until check in. Went to housekeeping got fresh towels so not the end of the world Nice casino but far too much smoke in the bar near the sports betting. "The staff is simply great. The breakfast was ver nice especially the fresh made omelet which was on par with resorts we went to in the past. The main concern was the pool was a bit chilly. The room was clean and well appointed. Stayed with 3 kids for 3 nights and did not feel cramped. In room fridge and microwave allowed us to eat in. Great connection to Manhattan via NJ transit bus from across the street. Took us to midtown Manhattan in 20 minutes."
