"The stay started off poor. The suite had been unoccupied for a while with the heat setting at "Unoccupied" and set at 52 degrees. The windows in the bedrooms were left open so thiose rooms were even colder. The outside temperature was 18 degrees we we arrived. It took over an hour to get the room temperature up to 68 degrees. Lighting was also dim with many light bulbs out and needing to be replaced. The unit itself was clean, view and location were great. It would have been helpful if they...
