"The stay started off poor. The suite had been unoccupied for a while with the heat setting at "Unoccupied" and set at 52 degrees. The windows in the bedrooms were left open so thiose rooms were even colder. The outside temperature was 18 degrees we we arrived. It took over an hour to get the room temperature up to 68 degrees. Lighting was also dim with many light bulbs out and needing to be replaced. The unit itself was clean, view and location were great. It would have been helpful if they...

"I get that it’s a downtown hotel, but it seemed HUGE, at least the first floor/lobby did. The ceilings were high, the space was wide open to the point of being impressive. The rooms were modern and well laid-out, the bed was comfortable, the view was spectacular, and the design was clearly with the comfort and convenience of the guest in mind."
