"They were very honest and helpful. My husband lost his ring at some point during our stay and they were honest and turned it in to the lost and found. My husband was very happy and thankful as it was a very sentimental ring for him. The staff was great and a very family oriented resort. My family loved it. "

"We took our family of 4 (kids 10 and 12 years old) for a week vacation. This property was nothing short of amazing! The staff was wonderful and always gave great service. The access to the beach was easy and close to the property, and the beach itself was wonderful. The beach staff did a terrific job of trying to keep the seaweed at bay the best they could. The pool area is huge and they have activities throughout the day which created a lot of fun. Our VIP concierge, Juan, was wonderful as well. He ensured that our trip was great, and we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, and they all come with a hammock on the back patio. The food was all good, however you have to make reservations early for the restaurants. We stayed at the Sunrise location, but we had full access to the sister property Nizuc next door which was pretty cool. We took a day and ventured to Playa del Carmen and Cozumel, and we had access to the Palace in Playa del Carmen as well. I highly recommend this property for all ages! A couple of days on the beach, they had a volleyball tournament for high school aged students. They offer so much to do for anyone looking to do a bit more than just sit on the beach. We will definitely be visiting again! "

"For an airport hotel this is a good fit for us. Serviceable gym, clean, but simple rooms, and a lovely circular pool and sitting area on the roof (3rd floor). It’s close to Terminal 4 - supposedly a free shuttle - and a nice place to unwind before catching your flight, or to bridge a day for a cheaper flight as was the case with us. Staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s modern, but well appointed with plants. There aren’t any amenities or conveniences outside the hotel, but you are choosing it for proximity to the airport."

"Staff amazing, food and excellent, beach was great except for the seaweed - they cleaned it every single day but it just came back within a few hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - March 31, 2025 to April 7, 2025"
