"I feel the property was not worth all the money we paid. It is definitely in need of much repair. Not like the description I read on the property before booking. There were many minor problems but out biggest problem was the a/c. After reading a review back from September regarding the a/c I contacted Nina regarding my concerns. "Kitchen needs updated. Only 1 glass, a couple wine glasses that you can’t get clean and about 10 Fat Tuesday giant cups. The balcony furniture was rusted. Had to wear flip flops all the time as the floors were dirty. Housekeeping needs to do a good floor cleaning. The layout of condo is great with good views of gulf. A bonus is there is an elevator right outside the door that goes to ground level saving a lot of walking through the building. "
