The location of this resort is very nice for beach access, as we were able to walk out to the beach from our back door. My main complaint is that there is very limited parking by the actual resort since it shares a lot with Sharky’s, but there is additional parking across the street. However, we have stayed here before so this was expected and wasn’t really an huge issue.

Worth the price for a clean basic beachfront room. Prepare to buy your own ice. towels, wash clothes and toilet paper are kinda hard to get. I bought my own. Other than that it was nice and clean. Easy access to beach, restaurants, bars, shopping in walking distance.

There was sand all over the floors. There was no hot water and the water we did have was limited. It was very noisy. The pationl was filled with garbage. The ceilings were peeling. The towels were stained.The front desk girls were really nice though.

Cleanlyness did not exist, half the items in the room were broke or missing, mattress was so warn out when you sit on it, it flipped up into a V shape. No staff at the hotel you have to check in at a completely different hotel.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. First they did not have any rooms left of the one I booked. And then once they gave us another room it was awful. Dirt on the floors, furniture at odd angles, tv was on some show, balcony door has no handle, bathroom door scrapes the ground so that you cant shut it, over all awful experience. Do not waste your money on this place you will be so disappointed

Went to the front desk on 4 separate occasions to request housekeeping. Floors were filthy the first night. Had to wear shoes around the whole trip. Sheets needed to be changed the first night. Requested 4 separate linen services. Was told housekeeping would be there. In 6 nights room was never serviced.

The first room that I checked into the air system was not working at all, there was no remote to the tv. The second room was a little better but the shower was stopped up with hair and wasn't fully able to shower like I wanted to. The parking was overwhelmed because you had to share parking spots with a restaurant when you have a parking permitt. Overall I would not be coming back to this resort.

We ended up not staying at the property due to the dirtiness and uncleanliness. They gave us two rooms and said that they were ready. However they were not. The one had holes in the wall in the bathroom and a washcloth plugging it. The bathtub was filthy and had dirt in it. The linens were dirty and had stains on them and there were stains on the walls. No one should ever stay here.

Had a hadicap father with a broke elevator for 1 and 2 …sit down In a chair out side on the balcony and fell through the chair because it was evidently broken. 3… shower was nasty. Stuff all in the bottom. Went downstairs all the doors where locked to the office. Went to bed AC wouldn’t get cold… made it through the night , next morning wanted coffee went downstairs 3 flights ,fr doors still locked!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! DO NOT WAIST MONEY OR TIME HERE!!! when we first walked in it was so nasty! They didn’t even clean the floors. The tub had black feet prints inside of it, it smelled so bad! Like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The microwave did not work so there was no way to cook any of the food we had, the air conditioner quit working half way through the trip. There is no parking because people at the restaurant next door take up all the parking, so you have to park a block down and walk. The hot water in the shower didn’t work half the time, they also ran out of clean towels. Overall was a terrible stay!
