"Our stay at the Days Inn was just what we needed! We were greeted and well taken care of by Mary at the Front Desk. She even answered the phone right away when we called from our room with a little issue and offered to switch our rooms. We declined because it really wasn't that big of a deal. Leroy from Maintenance was at our door with in minutes to with the solution to our problem and told us to call him if we needed any more assistance and he would be by in a jiffy to fix anything! I also want to point out Malinda went above and beyond and ran a personal errand for me. She did not have to do that but she took customer service to the next level. While this may be a 2-star hotel, the one thing this hotel does not lack, is the customer service and personal touch each and every employee brought to the experience."

"Lots of dust in hard to get to areas very noticeable, but otherwise, very clean."

"We didn't like that we didn't get fresh towels daily. We had to go ask for towels and were told that someone would come get our dirty ones. No one ever came for the dirty towels."
