"Building is in terrible need of Maintenance!!!!! It needs Pressure washing, painting, and floor care. I would not recommend to anyone to stay there. the room was ok but again the maintenance of the building is unacceptable. "

"The rooms are outdated and look nothing like the pictures. The bathroom door didn't lock and the beds were so uncomfortable. The phone in the room did not work so I had to walk down to the front desk if I needed anything and even then it was a 15-20 min wait because the line was so long with many people complaining. "

"First of all, this is Carillon Beach and this is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to including Hawaii. Normally, we stay in a house within the community. This time we decided to stay in the Carillon Beach Inn. The property is worn and in need of a good cleaning and painting. Each unit is privately owned and managed by a local company.
