"Absolutely perfect "

"Hotel is beautiful and we always enjoy staying there. My only issue with this visit is the room was never refreshed our entire stay, I finally had to call the front desk to ask for towels, even stating we were leaving for the morning if they could refresh the room. The only thing done were towels changed and trash emptied, the floor was still covered with sand"

"The property is a tad bit older, staff was very friendly we always had to call down when we wanted something, nobody never just checked to see if we needed anything. Overall good trip"

"Emerald was awful at communicating. Kept adding fee aftef fee after fee. I was originally told the fee at the hotel would be $250 yet when we got there it was almost $600. They Re refused to let us park a 3rd car for our 3 bedroom condo that can sleep 10. The staff at the front desk was unhelpful to say the least. I will never be staying here again. Our room was also damaged in several places and the staff did not care. They were so strict about everything, even the most ridiculous things. If...
