This hotel is a great place to stay. An exceptional value in Panama City Beach. A range of options for food are within walking distance. All staff are friendly and helpfu. On a personal note, I’m really pleased that this hotel switched to Community Coffee from that low-grade Red Diamond.

Customer service was friendly and accommodating when I requested for additional hour pass the depart time. I ask they have a stronger lighting for parking especially in the back of the building and improveme in thr front. Too many dark areas for safety concern. For an older building, it's well maintained. May need to update some work on the bathroom tiles since they all seem to be loose and uneven. I still recommend coming back to this hotel.

The room and restroom were clean, bed neatly made, vwry comfortable and it was a nice size room. We very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast area was good, we liked it.

Breakfast is ready and fresh coffee 6:00 they are not just getting there to start it. I need to leave by 6:00 for my job but love my coffee and of course small pots don’t not brew it like the commercial big pots. Always immediate hot water in bathrooms.
