"My husband and I recently went to TRS Yucatan and had a great time! The grounds are beautiful and massive! We liked how we had access to all 4 resorts, each with their own charm. The pools were clean and great, and the drinks were great. The food was among some of the best we've had at all inclusive in the past. Overall, great experience. My one critique would be dinner reservations and the butler services. It was extremely difficult to find dinner reservations (granted, we were a large group but we found similar issues when the group went down to 6 and then 4), We would try to make reservations with our butler and were told they were unable to make them. Then we would go to concierge in the lobby and they were able to make them. There is a lack of communication between the butlers and the reservation system they use is primitive. That being said, We HIGHLY recommend this resort and are planning on coming back!"

"Plenty to do on the property: yoga, water aerobics, cooking classes, lots of activities, wonderful dining options, excellent service. Took advantage of photo shoot for the beautiful scenery, the Mayan dinner was a big hit. Beach clean and beautiful white sand. Gabrielle in reception was amazing. Kendell is excellent ambassador, along with Carlos and Mayella who brought great yoga. Pilar is amazing hostess! Sergio took beautiful photos of us. We can’t wait to come back!"

"It is a great resort. The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and kind. The food was incredible and the entertainment was epic. The only downside was that the beach was small and the whole waterfront was difficult to walk with all of the cabanas, boats and other resorts build so close to the water. However not the fault of the resort just human buildup"

"We had a wonderful time. Everything was amazing. Great food. Kind, caring and superb staff. Beautiful clean modern rooms (love the remodel from when we were there 8 years ago) Cant say enough good about the service, staff and food, as well as entertainment. Our only complaint would be that of Kathleen with the timeshare or as she says "membership". She is a liar and she is much too pushy. She does not know what NO means. We told her on day 1, No! we do not want anything to do with it but yet she continued to follow us around and harass us trying to get us to go sit through this timeshare presentation. She would hang near us at the entrance and ask where we were going while waiting for a taxi as well as ask when we would be back. I finally had to get stern with her and tell her it was none of her business. She bugged us about 4 different days of the 6 we were there. That is a total turn off. Get rid of the pushy timeshare people and we will most definitely be back. "
