"Best hotel ever if you are visiting any of the parks this hotel is a must"

" The service was outstanding overall. The activities staff went above and beyond. The bartenders always aimed to please. The spa was a wonderful treat. We greatly enjoyed the different food, drink, and entertainment options. - The process for getting dinner reservations at the special restaurants was inconsistent and poorly communicated. We missed having a hot tub in the pool area. Not handicapped accessible-lots of steps, and a good amount of walking for a handicapped person. We had wonderful, personal service at all of the restaurants except the Mexican one. We had 2 lunches and a dinner there, and the service was slow. Tipping-the whole thing is unclear-publishing some guidelines for when to tip, how much is appropriate/expected would be so helpful for guests. "

"The property did a great job hosting, there were different events daily and the beach was very close and clean. First time not being sold on a timeshare while at a facility. They even upgraded our room for free. Definitely recommend. "
