"I mostly stayed on the property which was nice, the service was excellent. I went on an all day excursion to Ek Balam which I loved. The food was good with a lot of restaurants and selections, my favorite was Thai, least favorite was the pizza. The property is beautiful (not so much off the property grounds), it rained the entire week I was there but there was still plenty to do. "

"Despite challenging weather (obviously not their fault), OMR was an amazing place, particularly given the price point. The staff were among the best I’ve seen, consistently highly attentive, friendly, positive, and just fun overall! Drinks were very good, food was solid to excellent throughout the week we stayed. Entertainment was a high point. Blue team staff worked so hard to get people involved and evening shows were engaging and fun. I definitely see why so many people return again and again. Room was very clean and nice, minibar consistently stocked, and we always had extra towels. Overall highly recommend."

"Platinum Yucatan Princess is the Adults Only section of the larger Princess resort. The larger, general Princess resort is nicer: better cultural ambience, more amenities, more programming. But the Platinum section is adjacent and I had open access to the larger resort's facilities. So I could enjoy both ! Eco-friendliness needs attention: the bars give out plastic cups which say "Don't throw away !" but everyone does; rooms should have large plastic containers of soaps, shampoo, lotion instead of individual sized. "

"Very well clean and maintained everything close and walkable all around the property. The rooms were decent size and very clean. The food was good most of the time depending on the thematic night, they need to improve variety in the deserts and amount of what they offer, because sometimes if the fruits was gone they didn’t have more to keep the supply, and the hotel in my opinion wasn’t that busy. It was very frustrating that the property only had two thematic restaurants and it was hard to get appointments there, also imposible to get a hibachi table in the Japanese restaurant! I stayed for 9 nights and never had the chance to eat there, one day they offer me dinner there at 5:00 pm in a regular table, they told me that was the only available spot, this in my entire time staying there! They were very nice! The employees where excellent, sometimes the concierge was trying to convince me to get those conferences to become a partner with I think where the only people who got the chance with those 3 hibachi tables that had that restaurant. The beach had great sand, but, inside the water was like full of wood and rocks, hard to enjoy and in top of that the weather was not good in this days that had nothing to do with the place. If you are more like exploring person I’ll recommend walking around the beach toward the south and haft mile or less you will found clear water and beautiful sandy beach, with not much waves area it’s before reaching the next hotel. "We had terrible weather for the week and you would think that would put a damper on the vacation but the resort and the activities made up for it. Great place for adults and kids."

"About the dining at the templo and the Italian buffet you should extend the hours, it was my first time at Sando’s Caracol and couldn’t make a reservation, otherwise everything was excellent."
