"We were impressed from the second we drove up. Everyone was wonderful and very helpful. The pool is huge and you never have to fight over a seat or even sit next to anyone. The beach is easy and beautiful. The restaurants serve the best food I’ve had at any resort. We felt very centrally located. We were in Cancun and Playa De Carmen within 20 min. So easy to the ferries and shopping. I’m already looking at bookings for next year. Must mention Johanna was a great first impression helper without any push. "

"We opted for the all inclusive package as for just a few dollars more we didnt need to pay for drinks and snacks we tried the restaurant and even went to eat locally.Great deal!! Really liked the vibe, definitely the roof top is for the party animal in you,but if your for the quiet life the restaurants at the hotel are a good bet! We went to the sister resort in the day to use the beach which is quiter than the local beach at Reef 28. Great location ,walkable with many other dining and shopping options right on 5th Avenue."
