"Staff are straight face. Theirgreetings are too artificial, can tell that that are just doing their job, not really presenting the sincere hospitality greetings which a hotel suppose to be. May be there is a language barrier, everything I asked were reply with a "No, Can't do" manner. Hope the management can cosider improvement in these areas. "

Steps away to a McDonald’s if you want to get a quick bite or breakfast. We will book here again for its convenience. "

"Excellent and very kind staff. The room we had was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My room was very quiet even though the hotel is attached to Kansai airport. I only know a few words of Japanese but the staff easily communicated with me in English. I would definitely stay here again. A Lawson store us conveniently next to the hotel, as are several restaurants. "

"This is a great location if you are looking to explore the Osaka area! A less than 5 minute walk to the nearest station and there is an onsen (hot spring) available in the hotel. Just a heads up that those with tattoos will not be able to use the onsen, but those who don’t will be able to enjoy!"
