"Very impressed by the service and accommodations. This is right on the waterfront and there are great paths for walking/running and biking. We mainly did things in the center of Osaka and it wasn’t a big deal to get to the nearest train from the hotel and then into the action. Quieter area but nice reprieve from the density and crowds. Highly recommend. Lounge bar was also great. For reference we’re mid-30s and on the casual side, but the hotel still felt totally comfortable. "

"I could not have asked for better service and accommodations (okay breakfast was okay- not great). Amazing spa and fitness facility. Amazing views of the garden. When it snowed it was like a winter wonderland. My friends and I were blown away by how incredibly nice the hotel was and how much nicer the employees were.
