"Beautiful ryokan in the hills"

"The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel."

"Came at a very busy time of the year with rooms at 100% capacity! Breakfast queue was long on the first day but staff handled crowds well. Food and service great and personal! Shout out to Ayaka, concierge for all her recommendations!"

"It is convenient location which you can walk to train station, department store and supermarket. Their breakfast buffet is excellent with very reasonable cost (if you get hotel discount). One request, they should give a bit discount on breakfast buffet to the hotel guest who only stays one night. Some single bedroom is a bit small and there is no AC control switch within the room (very hot and dry in my room) but other than these, this hotel is excellent overall and I continue to come back."
