"The hotel was located in a quiet part of the city closer to the sea but walkable to the more busier sunset-dori area in Kobe. The hotel was stylish and unique which contributed to our enjoyable stay. From the clean and comfy rooms to the enjoyable breakfast on the top floor with a view we were always greeted by polite and welcoming staff. The underground car parking for guests was a bonus and very convenient. I also advised the hotel my wife was pregnant to provide non slip bathroom mats and...

"Nice view with a balcony. Location may require some walking if you are not driving or going around with a taxi, but thats the trade off with the view in the edge of the Kobe Port. Great breakfast choice. Friendly staff. "

"A wonderful 10 day stay exploring the Kobe, Osaka, Arima regions & Hiroshima . The breakfast buffet is excellent and Emerald Bar for a night cap . Our room was #2019 which is corner room Overlooking the harbor and surrounding areas."

"Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well."
