Down bedding is comfortable, unless there are allergies to down lol. Step-in tub does not have convenient safety handle for balance while stepping into shower. Hotel does not have public bath. The lobby and landscaping are gorgeous. "

I would have given it perfect score except for the parking and transportation access We took the taxi from the station to the hotel. There were no help at the place we were dropped off which is at the parking area or taxi area. When we checked out, there was minimal help with getting a taxi to go to the airport with our luggages.
