"This is a great location if you are looking to explore the Osaka area! A less than 5 minute walk to the nearest station and there is an onsen (hot spring) available in the hotel. Just a heads up that those with tattoos will not be able to use the onsen, but those who don’t will be able to enjoy!"

"great location, and we were in the 29th floor so wonderful view of the city. We really enjoyed our room and the proximity of the hotel to lots of restaurants and shopping. We did not love the breakfast, it was expensive and you can find better food around the hotel. "

"The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel."

Premier room was incredible

"Stayed in the premier room with 4 beds. Room was incredible, very new, high end appliances, super clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Lots of space in the toom for all 4 of us. "
