"The staff was professional and helpful. As a non-Japanese speaker, I found them to be kind and patient. Love the bag drop off service ( both before check-in and after checkout). As a single traveller, the room was just big enough. Keep in mind it’s even smaller than what I thought it would be, but the use of space is well planned. Those with mobility issues would have a hard time to step up in the bathroom and tub. So keep that in mind. I was so glad there were no tour bus loads of people...

"Loved this hotel. I was amazed on how much space was in the room. Everything about this hotel was awesome. The area, walking distance to shopping, eateries. The staff was very helpful. The subway station connected to the hotel below which was a plus. USJ about 30 mins away from this hotel when caching a taxi. "

"The hotel is not very near to the station and there was no large-scale shopping mall or department store nearby as well. I found some shredded tissue paper in room toilet. But the bed was clean and comfortable. We do enjoy the free Onsen and massage chair. We also had a dinner on the top floor restaurant. Overall I would say we have a good stay in this hotel."
