"We only had a very quick trip in Hanoi but we loved being very central within walking distance to lots of the old town. Friendly, helpful staff and a value for money room and breakfast."

"Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 is a small older hotel. It rained the entire week we stayed there and our room felt damp. There was always condensation on the windows as well as the walls and floor in the bathroom. There was no fan in the bathroom which added to the problem. Rooms are not soundproof and the noise from the busy Hanoi traffic was constant. On the positive side, the staff were all excellent. The place was clean and well cared for. The breakfast was good and the service was great....

"The staff was so kind and welcoming. They even set up a sweet presentation upon arrival for our honeymoon— at 1AM! Breakfast was delicious and I’m convinced this is the best location to stay if you like the Old Quarter. Close to Hoan Kiem but not in the thick of it. Definitely go down the street to visit Kim at local craft beer.."

"It was a huge property. We stayed at the three bedroom unit. Everything was good just not super luxurious. Very utilitarian. The unit itself is kind of weirdly decorated no art on the walls except for like two paintings. The kitchen didn’t put the fridge in it. It was just randomly in the dining room all in all good place, but also remember that the bathroom had a huge drop from the shower kind of dangerous"
