"I did not like having to go to the front desk to borrow an iron to press my clothing. I believe that those items should already be inside the room. Also, although the front desk was very nice and professional, they seemed to be slightly inexperienced when interacting with foreigners. There were small delays in communicating things such as extra room charges or navigation to the airport. Other than those minor issues I would say the stay was very pleasant and I would be happy to stay there again...
