Great location. This spot had soft bed’s compared to all the other hotels we stayed in which we were very thankful for. AC worked great as well. Service and staff were great. Hotel was very beautiful.

The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the station with lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The food court next to the hotel had a great choice of cuisine - Italian, Indian, Japanese.

Clean and close to all the attractions. Plenty of food options and all within walking distance. Check in was quick. There were plenty of elevators which made it convenient. The apartment was very clean and contained all the amenities you would need. The room was big compared to rooms I’ve stayed in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful,friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Our room was spacious and clean with big windows. The hotel was close to Namba station for easy transportation. We got drink coupons but the time for use was a little limited so we didn’t get a chance to use them.

It was OK i enjoyed it, would i stay again being so expensive no i dont think so. For solo traveler think about it, you are only going to spend 8 hrs sleeping in a cramped room is it worth your money? The location is convenient, the staff was really helpfull and kind. You do have everything nearby.

Very clean hotel with very spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but still okay. Great facilities on site like gym, kids playroom, shared kitchen common area and laundry. Very walkable and close distance to many restaurants, main Dotonbori area and Kintetsu line or Osaka namba for access to trains. All easily within 10-15 mins walk. Highly recommend for families.

Comfortable Stay with a Western Feel in Namba-Osaka We stayed one night at Citadines Namba Osaka and had a great experience. The hotel has a more Western feel, with spacious rooms and thoughtful toiletries provided. There is an on-site restaurant and small bar, though we didn’t have the chance to dine there. The staff was helpful and welcoming, making our short stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a comfortable and well-located option in Namba—ideal for travelers looking for a bit more space and convenience!

I have great experience with this hotel. Great services and also thank you Ricardo for helping us during our stay. Location is perfect. Walking distance to dontobori, namba stations and market. We traveled to other cities and the hotel stored our luggages, that helped us a lot not to carry big luggages back and forth. The room size is decent, we booked a twins room and plenty of spaces for both of us. Also the kitchen, we bought seafood from market and make hotpot. If you have large group, you can gather in the lounge, it is so conveniences. I will stay at this hotel again next time i visit Osaka!
