"The best thing about this hotel is the ‘rain’ shower by far. Good water pressure and perfect after a long day exploring. The next best thing is the location connected to the Shin-Osaka station which is where you get the Bullet train (Shinkansen) as well as some local trains. It’s a great base for doing day trips so you don’t have to carry all your stuff around. I did day trips to Kyoto (take the JR Special Rapid train). This station also has the Osaka Metro Midosuji line which takes you south through Umeda and to the Namba and Tenoji areas. There is not much surrounding the station but lots of good food options inside the train station. The hotel is also on the domestic airport flight path but I couldn’t hear any noise from inside the room. The rooms are modern and clean. I couldn’t get my air conditioner to work so it was an uncomfortable first night sleep but the next day I asked the room attendants and she got it working with a couple button pushes. The only down side was they need shelves or a small bench or table near the front door to put your bags as I had to lay all my items on the floor. Everyone was very friendly and I would definitely stay here again."

"amazing staff. They couldn't be more professional than they are already is. I asked if someone can walk me to the train station as it was pouring rain and I have to catch my bullet train and I offer to pay.The receptionist girl instead gave me an umbrella to keep as it will be raining all day for free. "
