"The hotel is really cool and in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was always cleaned really well. The hotel bar is awesome with a really great vibe and the lobby was also a nice place to hang out with the family. The only problem is there were no garbage cans in the lobby so we had to leave our trash on the table. "The room was AMAZING! We were on the 16th floor with fantastic views of the Chrysler building in a business executive sweet offering a formal living space, mini fridge, microwave, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bedroom. Definitely recommend! The staff was also extra accommodating and super friendly from check-in to check out."

"First of all - the staff here are great. Not good, great - every single person we interacted with was awesome - helpful, friendly and fun. The room itself is small - at least for anyone used to staying in city centre hotels on other continents - that said it's possible this is roomy by NYC standards so make sure you compare. "I had an amazing stay. In the middle of everything, walkable stores and restaurants very convenient. Everyday we left out we came back to a clean room. The staff was very helpful and nice. The lobby receptionist, Sophia, has won me over. She is amazing and the sweetest everrrr. She even got me a gift for my birthday. So welcoming annd just a great vibe, now my daughter and I have to stay here every time we come to New York. 10/10 recommend :)"

"Perfect location right off the 23rd Ave. 6 train. Starbucks next to the subway. Room with queen bed was perfectly sized for a small space. Nice bathroom with shower, although the shower took about 3 minutes to get to lukewarm. 3 elevators all running and very fast. I’d definitely stay here again. "
