"I chose this hotel because I was here with my family before and we had great time since its location was so close to Time Square, Broadway, and good restaurants. Although the property does show aging, it’s still a good place to stay. One thing I noticed that I don’t like is my luggage zipper at end of lower corner is missing a few teeth before I got on Uber heading to the airport. I stored my luggage for an hour and an half after checking out at this hotel and went to lunch. "

"My room on the sixth floor was small but very workable for me. Very clean room, though an old building. A block from Times Square.Lots of restaurants near by. The Red Flame diner (one block away on 44th)was perfect for breakfast! Attended a party at Connolly's Pub, next door."

"The location of the property was ideal. In the vicinity of all major stores. The service of staff was 15/10. The cleanliness of the room was 20/10. "

"Location was excellent for me. Hotel is good, the room could be a bit more modern. Also a coffee maker at least would have been nice."

"Everything was great besides not having a microwave in the room and the lack of elevators. One was out of service in my tower and there were long lines to go up or down. Upon check out, it took 30 minutes to get an elevator that wasn’t fully packed with guests from previous floors. The line to get on the elevator was all the way down the hall and when leaving with luggage and a stroller, stairs aren’t an option. Other than that, it was great."
