…while the hotel stay itself was fine (just overnight), you/they failed to mention a parking fee (see receipt).
In this day and age, seriously?
Apparently, the hotel was built right next to a parking site, which has the concession (and, subsequently, the keys).
So…
1-why no mention of this in the description, so any guests would know before making a reservation?
2-having failed that, why no reimbursement to guests?
3-had there been any damage to the vehicle, where’s the burden of responsibility (hotel, parking company)?
As if traveling is not already cost-prohibitive, paying to park is unconscionable.
You’ve been paid already, so cancelling and going elsewhere wasn’t feasible.
This won’t happen again.
Appreciate your time and Regards,
